Questions about the sale
Q- How long does the sale last though?
A- The sale starts on November 21 and goes through December 31, 2019. If you have company funds that won’t be available until January 1, let us know before the sale ends and we can work out an extension.
Q- What is on sale?
- Platinum Bundle- $2999 (save $500)
- Platinum Plus Bundle- $3999 (save $1000)
- Upgrades for existing customers (waiving the upgrade 10% fee)
- You can also take advantage of the above sale prices when upgrading to the Platinum or Platinum Plus bundles
- Rack tokens can be bought for $1 each for non Platinum/Platinum Plus members
- You’ll need to send a request for this to sales@networkdojo.com and we will send a custom link to make the purchase.
Q- Will there be another sale later?
A- It’s doubtful. Historically we have only done sales in conjunction with lab version changes. So don’t expect another sale during the lifetime of Enterprise Wireless v1.0
What’s new in the Enterprise Wireless product line?
This new class replaces the 2 individual 5-day classes that we offered in the CCIE Wireless v3.x versions. It will be our only class type moving forward. This class will focus mostly on mock labs and lab taking skills and is intended to be taken closer to when you take the actual lab exam.
New ENCOR CCNP exam videos and quizzers
The CCIE Written exam goes away in the new program. Instead, you need to pass the associated CCNP Core exam for your desired CCI track to be able to schedule your lab exam. For us, that would be the ENCOR (Enterprise Core) exam. We will be creating materials to help you pass this exam.
New Platinum Plus Bundle
This new bundle will expand upon what is offered in the traditional Platinum Bundle and adds in the following.
- 7-day bootcamp class
- 100 additional hours of tokens (1000 tokens)
- Config reference sheet
- Troubleshooting reference sheet
- 65% discount on future rack token purchases
New Rack Rentals
We have an all new rack topology for the Enterprise Wireless lab materials. Check out the new section for the full details.
Workbook Vol 3 changes
This workbook will change the mock labs to reflect the new lab format, which includes both a Design and a Config section.
Lab Video Series 2 changes
This video series will additionally include materials that focus on the new Design section of the lab.
What’s new/changing with the rack rentals?
- We are introducing a new rack type for the CCIE Enterprise Wireless materials
- We will only have a single rack type for this new version
- New racks will cost 10 tokens per hour to rent to reflect the larger expense of these new racks compared to old ones
- The racks include some new switches (9300s), new WLCs (3504s), all updated client/server VMs (DNA Center, PI, CMX, ISE, Windows 2016, and Windows 10), and some new AP models (3800 and 9115).

- In an effort to reduce the amount of rack rentals from people not studying for the CCIE, we are increasing the normal cost of purchasing more rack tokens from $1 each to $2 each. People with larger bundles will be able to buy at the following discounts.
- Gold bundle owners- $1.50 each
- Platinum bundle owners- $1.00 each
- Platinum Plus bundle owners- $0.70 each
How does the product access and update policy change with the new version?
- Starting with CCIE Enterprise Wireless purchases, you will be granted access to materials through the members area for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- After 3 years, the products will be removed from the members area.
- Rack tokens are an exception and these will not expire.
- Anything that you download is yours to keep forever. This includes all workbooks and videos for those with download rights.
- During the 3 years, you are entitled to free updates of the materials that you have purchased.
- This is limited to a maximum of 2 exam version updates (minor or major).
- We will eventually come up with a renewal option to extend product access through the members area for a reduced cost.
- We will include access in the members area for the current version of materials and one earlier version of the materials.
- If you upgrade from a smaller bundle to a larger bundle, your 3-year access/update period will start fresh.
How do the class terms and conditions change with the new version?
- Classes need to be taken within 3 years of purchase or they will be forfeit.
- If you purchase a class during one version of the exam and don’t take it before the exam updates to a new version…
- If the purchase was made less than 18 months before the final class date for that version, you can schedule a class under the new version for free.
- If the purchase was made more than 18 months before the final class date for that version, you will need to pay an update fee of $500 to schedule under the new version.
- The free class retake must be taken under the same version as the original attended version. Exceptions can be made for those who take their original class at the tail end of an exam version at Network Dojo’s discretion.
If I already own CCIE Wireless v3.0 or v3.1 products, how am I affected by the updates?
- As a part of the former update policy, you will get the new Enterprise Wireless v1.0 materials for free.
- If you purchased v3.0 materials, this will be your last free version update
- If you purchased v3.1 materials, you will have one more free version update left
- If you had owned the CCIE Wireless Written video/quizzer products, this will translate to the upcoming ENCOR written video/quizzer products
- If you had purchased the Platinum Bundle and at least 1 class, you will be automatically updated to the Platinum Plus bundle level
- If you had purchased 1 of the v3.x classes and you have NOT attended it
- If the purchase was made after May 1, 2018, you can schedule the new 7-day bootcamp class without any additional fee
- If the purchase was made before May 1, 2018, you will need to pay a $500 fee to be able to attend the new 7-day bootcamp class.
- If you had purchased both of the v3.x classes and you have NOT attended either of them
- If the purchase was made after May 1, 2018, you can schedule the new 7-day bootcamp class without any additional fee and we will give you an additional 1000 rack tokens when you schedule your class.
- If the purchase was made before May 1, 2018, you can schedule the new 7-day bootcamp class without any additional fee and we will give you 500 additional rack tokens when you schedule your class.
- If you had purchased both of the v3.x classes and you have only attended 1 of them
- If the purchase was made after May 1, 2018, you can schedule the new 7-day bootcamp class without any additional fee
- If the purchase was made before May 1, 2018, you will need to pay a $500 fee to be able to attend the new 7-day bootcamp class.
